We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join the Straviont team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of service projects for a dedicated portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for independently managing client relationships while getting hands-on with the actual work – handling everything from strategy development and system build-outs to training and ongoing support. This is a great opportunity to work closely with monday.com and their clients, acting as the driving force behind successful, high-quality implementations that deliver real business value.
Strategic Advisory – Act as the expert in the room, guiding clients on how to map out and optimize their processes to run more efficiently.
Lead Project Execution – Take charge of implementation workshops and drive sessions side-by-side with our clients.
Build Custom Solutions – Get hands-on with configuring workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations (using monday.com, Make.com, APIs, etc.) to solve specific client bottlenecks.
Account & Project Management – Own your active projects from start to finish, keeping timelines on track and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Training & Adoption – Run strategy and training sessions so clients actually understand and adopt the systems you build for them.
Risk Management – Spot roadblocks before they become problems, adjust course when necessary, and keep project momentum moving forward.
Team Collaboration – Work closely with the rest of the Straviont team and our platform partners to deliver top-tier results.
Project Documentation – Keep milestones, deliverables, and scope updates clearly documented so both the client and the team stay on the exact same page.
Mandatory:
Professional Experience – Proven track record (2+ years) in a consulting, system implementation, or similar role.
Education – Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, System Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Problem-Solving & Strategy – A proactive, solution-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities to tackle complex business challenges and design effective workflows.
Autonomy & Collaboration – Proven ability to take ownership of client projects, work independently, and collaborate seamlessly within a fast-paced team environment.
Communication & Stakeholder Management – Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English, with demonstrated experience engaging and guiding clients at all organizational levels.
Location – Must be based in Stockholm.
Meritorious Qualifications:
API Experience – Working knowledge of REST APIs and GraphQL to help set up custom integrations and manage data flows between platforms.
Technical Background – Practical experience setting up or managing CRM, PMO, or ERP systems is a strong advantage.
Automation & Integrations – Strong, hands-on experience connecting systems and building out workflows. You should know your way around integration platforms like Make.com, Power Automate, n8n, or similar tools.
Project & Account Management – Proven experience independently running multiple client projects at once, keeping timelines on track, and prioritizing effectively.
